About the property
The first floor has an infra-red sauna (3.7 m2), three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom (13.4 m2) has an en-suite bathroom (5.3 m2) and a wardrobe for two persons. The other two bedrooms (15 m2 each) boast superb views of the Dalmatian islands. Each bedroom is equipped with a SAMSUNG TV, satellite antenna, AC unit, and floor heating. The second bathroom on the first floor (6 m2) has a walk-in shower and is designed for four people. Each bathroom is unique in details due to hand-made final coating with micro topping.
On the top of the house, you can find a roof terrace (64 m2), which the owner likes to call "the heart of the house". The terrace is equipped with an independent surround system, a NAPOLEN gas BBQ, a bar table for six people, SAMSUNG "TERRACE" TV, designed lighting, and a separate lounge bar.
Morning coffee or evening cocktail with a superb indoor and outdoor surround system in the lounge or on the terraces of Villa Lapis with an unbeatable view will make so many moments of your vacation truly unforgettable. This we guarantee.
The owners of Villa Lapis really took care of everything when creating their villa. The details of the house are based on the experience and the impression of the owner’s family while living in various parts of the world. They have also used only top-quality materials and equipment such as K plus aluminum windows, micro topping floors, DAIKIN air condition split system, NAPOLEON BBQ, SONOS amplifiers, BOWERS & WILKINS speakers, SAMSUNG QLED TVs, designer lighting, and hand-made furniture designed specifically for this house.
An important fact for car drivers – Villa Lapis has a private parking for three cars.
Villa Lapis has also a huge garden (600 m2) with various Mediterranean plants and a private olive grove (400 m2), so not only music lovers, but also nature lovers will be more than happy here.
